These terms govern use of constraint.work and the constrAInt platform, operated by Constraint Technologies, Inc. (doing business as constrAInt). By using the platform, you agree to them.
What constrAInt is
constrAInt is a practice and readiness platform: a conversational resume builder, AI interview practice, and a staff dashboard for licensed programs. It is a tool for preparation. It is not legal advice, career counseling, or a guarantee of any employment outcome.
Who uses it
- Members join through a licensed program and use the platform at no cost.
- Programs license the platform under a separate written agreement that governs pricing, seats, term, and support. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for that program.
Your account
Keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm anyone; to attempt to access another member's or another institution's data; to interfere with the platform's operation or security; or for any unlawful purpose. Programs may not resell access or share seats outside their licensed use.
Your content
You own the content you provide, including your resume information. You give us permission to use it to operate the platform for you and your program, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your resume.
Our content
The platform, including its software, personas, scoring rubrics, and the CBAS constraint architecture (patent pending), belongs to Constraint Technologies, Inc. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or build a competing product from it.
AI-generated content
Resumes, interview questions, feedback, and scores are generated with the help of AI and checked by our enforcement layer before you see them. They can still be wrong or incomplete. Review everything before you use it. Readiness scores are practice signals, not predictions or guarantees.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and who can see it, including our commitment that practice sessions are never shared with employers, courts, or supervision.
No guarantees
The platform is provided as is. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, or any particular outcome, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Constraint Technologies, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to any program is limited to the fees that program paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Members use the platform at no charge, and our liability to members is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.
Ending access
You can stop using the platform at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms. Program access ends according to the program's license agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will update the date above and notify active programs of significant changes.
