I am resilient. It's a requirement. If it wasn't for resiliency I'd be in the penitentiary instead of an office. Addiction took everything I had. Getting honest about it gave it all back. Losing everything was a setback, but building something exceptional doesn't happen without setbacks. I overcame adversity when I faced it honestly. Honest feedback and a realistic perspective can change the course of anyone's life.

I learned to think in systems before I built software. My father and I co-founded ChemTracer, five issued patents on technology that catches transformer failures nobody can see coming. I learned that if a system can fail quietly, it will.

AI fails quietly too. It's trained to please whoever it's talking to. Most chatbots can run a decent mock interview now. But you can steer them, soften them, or restart them the moment things get hard. And when it's over, nothing logs performance. It's worthless for accountability. Practice only counts when the environment is realistic.

constrAInt runs on CBAS, my patent-pending Constraint-Bound Agentic Substrate. The rules don't live in a prompt the user can circumvent. They're enforced at runtime. Every constraint checked, every session logged and auditable. The AI doesn't choose to hold the line. It's built so it can't do anything else. That's the difference between a chatbot and trusted infrastructure.

I built constrAInt alone from rural Alabama. No co-founder. I built it to production with no outside capital. The platform is live and running an institutional pilot right now. The same resiliency that rebuilt my life built this company.

The people we serve have already survived the toughest situations. They don't need a cheerleader. They need practice and proof. Now they have both.

constrAInt. For the Hardest Conversations in Employment.
